Sourcing FEES: $1000 or 10% of total purchase/bid amount (whichever is higher).

Fees are payable upfront and are non-refundable, even if you decide you don't want the vehicle anymore!

Basic Terms & Conditions below:

PAYMENT: Wire / Bank transfer only. Balance due within 7 days

VEHICLE and TITLE release: After full payment is received (no exceptions)

INSPECTIONS: you can hire an inspector to check the car for you on Auction grounds within 3 days from purchase date

CANCELLATIONS: you are not obligated to keep the vehicle, but we keep the FEES, regardless of cancellation reason!

VEHICLE DISPOSAL: cancelled purchases are resold at the auction. Any loss or profit is ours

All units are sourced AS-IS regardless of year and/or mileage.
